Solar Mango’s India Solar Talent is assisting one of it’s clients in recruitment – fast growing solar EPC company that caters to customers in Residential, Institutional and Commercial sectors. They are looking for an Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing for their solar projects in Northern Region.

Job Description : Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing
Roles & Responsibilities:
- To hunt the client for solar rooftop projects
- To lead and deliver significant growth in sales of Solar PV,
- Sales Delivery and Management.
- Drive overall sales growth in core product areas of Solar Rooftop Projects.
- Acquiring new customer independently.
- Meet potential customers to assess their energy needs and determine product or service best supports these needs.
- Convert customer leads into installation of solar projects, negotiating terms and completing deals
Qualifications Required:
- 2 to 5 years of Experience
- B. Tech/B.E. – Any Specialization
Other Expectations:
- Strong renewable energy sales track record (in at least one of solar PV, Roof top energy efficiency assessment and sales).
- Experience of working in a professional, customer focused environment.
- Good in doing liaison with government authorities for signing the Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with the third party & seller
- Must be resident of Delhi NCR/Gurgaon
- Must have his own bike
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be additional advantage
