About the Workshop
In line with www.re2tn.org, the continuation of iPLON strategy for RE2TN (Renewable Energy To Tamil Nadu), iPLON is conducting this workshop to build awareness in the ‘Smart Cities’ domain, while also gearing up to set up a network of SMEs to build a team in this space. iPLON shall be presenting the best practices and lessons learnt to showcase the innovations in Smart Metering, Smart Rooftop and Smart Grid technologies that are currently being used in Germany.

Mr. Christoph Wuertemberger will be sharing his ideas, thoughts, and experiences on the following.
- Design of Smart & Hybrid Solar Rooftop plants;
- Smart grid solutions in Schwäbisch Hall (Germany) while sharing the best practices.
Mr. Wuertemberger is a TüV certified Gutachter (Assessor) for solar PV.
2. Dr. Kirubakaran, Head of Department at Rural Energy Center in Gandhigram Rural Institute
