Solar Mango’s India Solar Talent division is assisting one of it’s clients in recruitment – Bangalore based company that provides remote monitoring solutions for commercial and rooftop solar projects. They are looking for Sales Manager to spearhead their rapid expansion plans in the solar business vertical.

Job Description : Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies for expanding the company’s customer base across India
- Manage contract negotiation and work with key support personnel as required
- Deliver professional sales demos/presentations, both in-person and virtually, to demonstrate how product’s cloud platform can effectively improve client’s operations
- Frequent visits to customers and business partners to cultivate relationships in order to maintain the existing business and to expand the customer base and opportunity pipeline
- Your direct sales role will be responsible for attaining monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets to support marketing and business objectives
Qualification Expected:
- Bachelors in Engineering/Commerce from Tier I universities/colleges (MBA is a plus)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in Solar Industry
Other Requirements & Expectations:
- Energetic, extroverted, street-smart personality and a go-getter attitude ready to take initiative
- Willingness to travel as per business requirement
